Spacious, rustic, inviting, and nostalgic are a few words used to describe Ava's Place.Whether you are hosting a family reunion or a wedding, we have the facilities to make your special day memorable. The upper level accommodates up to 200 guests, and the lower dining area has seating for 200 with additional patio dining. Tables and chairs are provided at no additional cost. Kitchen facilities are located convenient to the dining area. The venue can be rustic or elegant. Restroom facilities are available on each level, and ample  parking is available for your guest.

  • 4 star review  My husband and I got married at Ava's place last month! We couldn't have picked a better place! Mr. Dawson was the most helpful and most sweetest person you could ever meet. He helped in any way he could and he made sure my mother and my mother in law had everything they needed for the food! I highly recommend Ava's place! The place, the people, the atmosphere... was all so beautiful! �

    5 star review  Just went there for my niece's wedding. It was the most beautiful place I have ever seen Mr.. Dawson was there to help do anything we needed. What a great man and place to have a wedding. I would encourage any bride to get married here, they will not be disappointed. Congrats to the bride and groom (Alan n Melanie Cooper.)

    5 star review  This is THE BARN if you are looking for a barn to get married in. We got married here yesterday and it was awesome. The owners are the best-they went out of their way to make sure our special day was truly special. They were there early that morning making sure the barn was clean and then made sure I was ok and didn't need any help with anything and didn't hesitate when I did need it ( and helped keep me calm right before the ceremony) I would highly recommend this barn for your wedding large or small because this is a beautiful place. :)

  • 5 star review  My daughter got married yesterday Oct. 18, 2015 at Ava's . We couldn't have asked for a better place to make the memories of her special day. Mr. Dawson was GREAT. Everything was more than what we EXPECT. You have a Very Lovely Place . Great Job!!! Thanks Mr. Dawson for the Warm Welcome to our family. They all had a GREAT time.. :)
